Jeremiah watched the battle between the vampire and the ghosts for his body, and was helpless to do anything. The laughter grew louder, and then he felt a slight pain, but nothing compared to when his spirit was taken from his body. He saw the female spirit leave his body, and his body slumped as if dead, then horror of all the horrors he had witnessed he saw the face of the powerful ghost that had entered into the supernatural battle, and he knew who it was!
