Elaine grinned at Angelique. "You never knew when you were outmatched," she said sharply.

Angelique laughed, and no one moved. Julianka broke the silence. . The visitors were all groggy, and disoriented from awakening so suddenly, and in such a strange setting. "I think we're in real trouble here," Julianka whispered, and the others agreed.

"I just want to know where Nicholas went," Donna whispered back.

"Silence," Angelique thundered, and everyone stopped talking. "I will deal with all of you later," she said menacingly. She turned back to Elaine. "I should've rid myself of you long ago." She waved her hand and Elaine disappeared in a swirl of smoke. "Now to take care of the rest of you," she said. She began to laugh a chilling laugh.
