Subj: Angelique's Passions pt. 3

Suddenly Nicholas entered the room. "I'll be needing that jacket, I think I shall go for a walk along the beach. Would you like to join me, Angelique?" He asked.

"No, Nicholas, I think that I will stay here. You go ahead, I shall see you when you return." She told him, smiling.

When Nicholas left, she eagerly started to cast her spell upon one is who is innocent, Maggie Evans. Angelique went to her room. She opened up a mahoghany chest, and removed a small doll. It was about five inches in height and made of clay. Beside the doll was an assortment of sharp pins. Angelique took the little doll in her hands, and held it carefully. She began to speak these words, "Maggie Evans, this doll shall become you, you and this doll are now as one. Here in my hand I hold several strands of your hair." Angelique took the strands of hair and began to tie them around the doll. "As I begin to tie these strands around your abdomen, you shall feel pressure, and pain. As this happens to you, Maggie Evans, you shall become infertile, you shall bear no children. You shall not bear a son for Nicholas!" Slowly but surely she ties the strands of hair around the dolls abdomen. Ever so slowly she begins to tighten the strands of hair, tighter, a little tighter, and tighter still. Angelique holds the strands tightly around the doll!

Meanwhile, at the Evan's cottage, Maggie is dusting and humming a tune. Suddenly, she stops abruptly, and grabs her abdomen. 'Oh, what is this pain I feel? I've never felt anything like this!" Maggie exclaimes. She sits down on the sofa, she is in obvious discomfort! She has no idea that witchcraft is the cause of her pain on this day.

Angelique is smiling now, as she imagines Maggie in pain. "This shall stop Nicholas from wanting you, Maggie, for you shall never bear him a son......, NEVER!! There, it is done now. Maggie Evans shall bear no children!" The witch proclaims with an evil smile.

She unties the hair strands from the little doll and says to the doll, "You have served me well, little doll! Nicholas will soon tire of her when she cannot conceive his child.

She takes the little doll, pins and hair, and returns them to the chest. Suddenly, Angelique hears a little voice unside her saying, what if Nicholas should find out? Angelique turned to look at herself in the mirror. "Nicholas shall not find out!" She vowed. "My, but it is wonderful to see my reflection once again!" She said to herself in the mirror. She then broke out into a fit of uncontrollable laughter, as only Angelique can!

At the Evans' cottage, Maggie suddenly felt fine, the pain and pressure was now gone. "I don't understand, I've never experienced that before!" She said to herself. 'Maybe I should make an appointment to see Dr. Hoffman!" She thought.

Nicholas returned from his morning walk. Angelique smiled sweetly and innocently as he entered. "Did the morning air clear your head, Nicholas?"

She asked him. "Why yes, it did, my lovely Angelique." He touched her chin and felt the softness of her cheek.

She looked at Nicholas most curiously now, and said, "Don't you think I am beautiful, Nicholas?" She asked him.
