part 3 of ? PLAY NICHOLAS, FOR ME
"Don't be afraid, Vicki. I will protect you." Nicholas assured her. They flew across the lake, and over the center of town. The streetlights looked beautiful beneath them. The houses and cars looked like tiny models beneath them. "Nicholas, this is wonderful!" Vicki exclaimed. "Do you do this sort of thing often?" She asked.
"Every chance I get!" He boasted.
Now they were flying over the countryside. "Oh, it looks so peaceful and lovely down there, Nicholas!" She exclaimed.
"Let's drop down and see." He suggested.
They landed in an apple orchard. 'This is all so amazing!" Vicki exclaimed. She looked up at the sky, and then at her handsome escort. She found he was smiling at her. In his hands he held two beautiful red apples. "Hungry?" He asked.
They sat beneath the apple tree, and ate the apples. 'What sort of magic will you show me next, Nicholas?" Vicki asked. He looked at his pretty companion.
"My, it takes a lot to keep you entertained, my dear. You don't give a man a chance to rest." He told her.
"I'm sorry, Humbert," Alexandra confessed. 'I guess I have been quite demanding, haven't I? You are such a good friend, Humbert. I"m thankful I work with you." She told him.
He reached for her hand, and squeezed it gently. 'I enjoy working with you, too Alex. You are indeed my friend,too." He told her.
'I would like to do a love scene with you one day." She confessed. "Do you suppose the writers will ever make that happen?" She asked him.
"Never can tell, Alex, because you never know." he said. He squeezed her hand a little tighter this time. He flashed her a dazzling smile. I wish he would kiss me, she thought. 'You are wishing I would kiss you, are you not?" He stated.
"How did you know, Humbert?" She asked, feeling
embarressed.
"I'm playing Nicholas, remember?" His dark eyes sparkled in the night.
"I'm sorry, I feel so ashamed." She told him. "No, don't be, really." I'm flattered, really!" He said. "Kissing you would be very nice, Alexandra." He replied. He looked into her pretty eyes. "I think I will kiss you now." He told her. He pulled her close to him, and kissed her very tenderly this night.
"Oh, Humbert, I don't ever want this to end, not ever!" She said.
