Subj: TOUCHED BY THE DEVIL pt. 5

Vicki had fallen asleep for hours, it seemed. When she looked at the clock, she saw she had been asleep for only one hour. Poor Vicki is so traumatized and filled with terror these last two days. She had known Nicholas and Angelique were evil, but she didn't know how evil they really are.
Somehow, in the midst of this madness and horror, she felt as though someone was watching her. It is not an evil presence. The presence she feels with her now is good, and comforting...like she is not alone in this nightmare. She feels that maybe, perhaps someone or something will rescue her before she becomes totally possessed and corrupted by Nicholas Blair.
A storm is brewing outside. The light soon gives way to gray and then darkness. Oh no! Vicki thinks, I don't want to spend another night in this house! She stares at her coat, hanging in the closet. "I'm going to grab my coat and get out of here!" She says aloud.
Suddenly she hears Nicholas' voice, but she cannot see him. 'VICTORIA......, VICTORIA ARE YOU LISTENING?" He asks.
'Where are you? She asks the phantom voice. I can't see you," she replies.
'IT IS NOT NECESSARY FOR YOU TO SEE ME NOW. WHAT YOU MUST DO IS LISTEN, MY DEAR. He tells her. WHAT I AM ABOUT TO SAY HAS TO DO WITH YOUR FUTURE LIFE. SO DO NOT SPEAK TO ME, ONLY LISTEN, he states. "TRY TO SPEAK, VICKI.. YOU SHALL FIND THAT YOU CANNOT," he tells her.
Vicki tries to speak, to protest, but she cannot. Oh no, she thinks, he's doing it to me again!
"YOU WILL SOON BEGIN A NEW LIFE, VICTORIA. YOU WILL BECOME IMMORTAL, NICHOLAS TELLS HER. YOU SHALL TRAVEL THE EARTH WITH ME. I WILL DRAIN YOUR "MORTAL LIFE" FROM YOU, VICTORIA. YOU SHALL BEGIN A NEW AND VERY EXCITING IMMORTAL LIFE WITH ME. YOU WILL NOT BE KNOWN AS VICTORIA WINTERS. YOU SHALL BECOME DONAMARIE, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CREATURE IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE!"
As Vicki listens to these words, she is frozen in fear. She still cannot speak. Tears run down her lovely face as she sits on the bed, listening to her fate. He then continues, "YOU SHALL HAVE THE PLEASURE OF SLEEPING WITH ME EVERY NIGHT, AND WAKING WITH ME EVERY DAWN. YOU SHALL GIVE ME MANY SONS. WE SHALL RUIN THE COLLINS FAMILY, ONE BY ONE. WE SHALL INHERIT COLLINWOOD. YOU SHALL BECOME ALL THAT IS EVIL, MY DEAR, BUT YOUR BEAUTY WILL REMAIN FOREVER." He informs her.
Vicki cannot believe what she is hearing, her blood now has run cold by what this evil being has told her. Her tears are falling faster and faster. Her heart is beating faster and faster. 'Please, someone come to rescue me! She thinks in terror. I think my time is almost up! She continues to think. Vicki has never been so terriffied in her entire life!
Nicholas continues..."YOU SHALL CONTROL ANYONE AND EVERYONE YOU WISH. YOUR SONS WILL BE EVIL AS YOU AND I. OUR DAUGHTERS WILL BE AS BEAUTIFUL AS YOU. YOU SHALL WANT FOR NOTHING MY LOVE. OUR LOVE SHALL BE TIMELESS. OUR PASSION SHALL BE ENDLESS. YOU SHALL NOT REGRET THE DAY YOU MET ME. YOU HALL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL THAT YOU DID, he states, still unseen to her.
"I'VE BEEN WATCHING YOU VICTORIA, he tells her, I'VE BEEN WATCHING YOU FOR QUITE SOME TIME. I KNEW IT WAS JUST A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE YOU CAME TO ME. IT WAS DESTINED THAT WE SHOULD BE TOGETHER, he says to her. YOU SHALL FORGET ABOUT ALL THE "OTHER" MEN; FORGET BARNABAS AND JEFF CLARK...THEY SHALL MEAN NOTHING TO YOU NOW. YOU SHALL EXIST ONLY TO DESTROY THEM, AND YOUR LOYALTY SHALL BE ONLY TO ME. YOU SHALL HAVE TO PAY A SMALL PRICE FOR YOUR NEW EXISTENCE, MY DEAR. I SHALL HAVE TO ASK YOU FOR YOUR "SOUL", he warns her. AH, I CAN HEAR YOU NOW, ABOUT TO PROTEST. THERE IS NO NEED TO PROTEST, VICKI...IT SHALL BE USELESS. DON'T YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I DESIRE YOU? He asks. DON'T YOU KNOW THAT I SHALL GO TO THE ENDS OF THE EARTH TO GET TO YOU? YOU CANNOT ESCAPE ME, FOR I WILL POSSESS YOU!" Nicholas tells her.
At that moment, the bedroom door opens slowly. Nicholas Blair enters Vickis' room. She looks at him with terror and tears in her eyes. " 'VICTORIA, YOUR TIME HAS COME...PREPARE TO BECOME IMMORTAL!" Nicholas tells her.
Nicholas approaches her and kisses her passionately. She cannot resist his advances. He embraces her for several minutes. He will not let her go. She is unable to breathe. Finally, she loses conciousness, and falls limp upon the bed.
"Now, I shall drain the life from you." Nicholas states.
Suddenly, he hears a voice shouting, 'NO!! DO NOT HURT HER!!" It's a childs voice. Nicholas quickly vanishes from the room.
