The day had set. The warmth of the brilliant sun had gone down. It was becoming dark, but not yet there where the sun had set. The appearance of sea gulls hovering along the coastline and the stillness of what was left in the day remained.

Julia and Barnabas had walked the grounds at Collinwood, wherein they talked about the present future, their love, hopes, and aspirations of a long happy life together as man and wife.

Julia suggested to Barnabas that they take a deviation in their usual walk at Collinwood.

Julia and Barnabas walked to the point of Widow's hill and looked at the beauty of the oceans, the roaring tides, its splendour and vast beauty. She motioned Barnabas to continue further down from the point at Widow's hill until they arrived at the docks of Collinsport itself, where boats were housed near the shore.

To Barnabas , he saw an usual array of various boats colorful and unique ,each seem to have its own personality. The boats were composed of fishing vessels and mostly yachts. The ocean at this level was spectacular, as one could view the lighthouse not too far in the distance.

Julia and Barnabas walked to a certain point wherein Julia stopped , and gave Barnabas a small kiss. "My darling, my life, I wanted to give you this boat as a wedding present. Barnabas veered toward the vessel and saw it was named "Sarah's Pride". Tears ran from his eyes. He was so touched. He always had loved for the sea. And now another dream come true he quest for the sea. He took Julia into her arms and loved her the way no man ever could who was possessed by his wife. "Julia, you are my life, how could I have thought of life without you, cried Barnabas. "Never Without You, Julia, Never."

Love Is Not A Dream

Many a night I slept alone,
Wishing you were by my side.

Alone and cold in a dark deep sleep
With a misty tear in my eye.

I loved you as no woman could,
Waiting for you,
Hoping that you may understand.
My passion was burning for you inside me.

I lived to see you day after day,
When I was near you my heart took delight,
My soul filled with passion
As the sun shines light.

I loved you forever because I longed to see your face,
When I was in your presence, my beloved, my spirit was alive
And my soul embraced.

You denied my love, my dear, so often was I near,
I loved you so,
You were my life, my hope, my passion.

But for naught it was a dream.

Oh how I yearned for you,
You denied what was in my soul, love.

Alas, one day after I had slept
I awoke,
You were next to me.
Lo and behold you were smiling,
Filled with wanton desire for me,
Passion ignited as we embraced.

Love no longer denied,
Your desires filled beyond ecstasy.

You held me in your arms
With a tender kiss,
You wooed me and tantalized me,
In a way no other man can,
And vowed never again for us to be apart.

Life has shown that this is no dream,
The man who I love eternally
Now loves me.

Julia had written this poem for Barnabas and rolled it in a scroll to give in addition to a pocket watch from England she had ordered for him as a wedding present . Elizabeth had hidden these items away from Barnabas so he would be surprised when Julia gave them to him.

Julia had thought about her life without Barnabas and couldn't even begin to imagine life without him. The fact he had in turn declared his love for her made her daily existence more exciting . She loved him so. She wanted to please him in any way she could. She was that devoted to him.

So, it was outside of the beautiful gardens of Collinwood, that during the course of conversation , Julia presented Barnabas with these two gifts: ,the poem, and the pocket watch. She was quite nervous for she had never written him poetry before. This experience was a new one for her.

"Barnabas, my beloved, I hope you like these gifts that come from my heart. I love you so".

Barnabas opened up the packages to see what the contents contained.

He opened up the first gift, and saw an antique pocket Watch from England with some engraving. "To my beloved husband, Barnabas for whom I shall eternally love" from J.C. 4/5/71.

Barnabas proceeded to open up a scroll, therein it contained the poem. He read the poem with ardent fervor and tears rolled down his cheeks.

"Julia, who wrote the poem ? I love it".

Barnabas, I did. I love you will all my heart, soul, and might".

Barnabas was so roused that he picked his wife up his arms, and walked to The Old House carrying his new bride.
