Julia had ventured back into the Old House and Barnabas ran after her.

"Let me go, she complained. "I must think and be by myself."

"NO , JULIA, YOU Can not leave me now. I must understand."

"Barnabas, its best if you don't. We are here for a different purprose , to save Collinwood from Gerard."

"This is not the time for this!

"Julia, I must have understanding of this situation, you can't leave me in this state of not understanding. You have always confided in me , Julia, but this time you refuse. This is very unlike you, Julia."

"Please don't feel distressed by the fact I know how you feel about me, Understand, although my feelings are confused, I am always your friend, and I want to help you, Julia. Don't allow our friendship to stop. You have saved my life so many times, I WANT TO help you, Julia, as you have helped me. Don't deny me that or what our friendship has been all these years."

"It is true I am mixed in my feelings for Angelique, but Julia we are still friends And yes we need to work together to save the Collins from Gerard Stiles, and now its looks like we need to also save Justin. Oh , Julia , I am so sorry, I can't offer you more now, but that would be so dishonest of me, you know that. I will help you with Justin, and Nicole. I can see from his being defiant, emotional , and passionate that Justin, is my descendent, yet less my son , in the future. Such a wonderful thing to see, Julia. His blond hair, his eyes, growing into manhood. He shows the ability to think, and to love. I can see he is a true Collins. His love for the family is quite obvious."

"He needs firm direction, and to be handled, as any other young man his age, he still is not of adult age, Julia. But I can see from your interaction with your children, that you have reared them well. You have endowed them with the heritage and love of the Collins, even Nicole. Julia, she so looks like you. And she too has a love for the Collins family. So intriguing that the child have a vow to save our family from harm. Despite what has happened, it is obvious Julia that you have done well in teaching the children values, honor, courage, love, and have a love of the Collins family a priority. And you have elevated the status of your husband in the future to one of a patriach, and will not allow the children to be disrespect their parents. Julia , to see you interact with your children is very touching and moving, you are a very good mother, and you care and love your family."

"It is a rare thing for a man to see a woman do such a thing, in this day and age." Julia , you should congratulate yourself, for being the good wife and mother apparently you are. Any man in his right mind would love..."

As Barnabas spoke those words, he stopped, and again became confused.

"Julia, we are both tired, I do think its best , if we called it a night."

"Yes, Barnabas, "Goodnight."
