At that moment in a house by the sea, Nicholas prowled through the dusty, abandoned rooms. He had spent the night trying every spell and incantation he knew to break the barriers surrounding Collinwood. Nothing had worked. He couldn't even see Maggie in his mirror. Collapsing on the sofa, he cried, "Maggie... Maggie... I can't lose you again!" Every thought, every emotion was tied up in his hunger to be with Maggie. Forgotten was his mission. Forgotten was his dark master. He felt if he couldn't be with Maggie he would die. His mind kept turning in vicious circles, round and round. "Maggie, Maggie, Magggieee!!" Finally he thought, "I'll watch Collinwood twenty-four hours a day if I must. She has to come out some time!"
While back at Collinwood; A plan had been hatched.
