I just couldn't resist sending this before I went to bed, I'm still not sure
about the title, when you translate it to English it says "For the dead travel
fast," I had 2 other choices and this one seemed to be the best but I don't
know yet so if I do come with another title, I will let you all know.

Collinsport, Maine
2:30 A.M.
Screams woke Elizabeth Collins-Stoddard from a peaceful sleep. She wrapped her
robe around her and raced down the hall.
Her brother Roger met her in front of a bedroom door, he knocked, "Vicki, are
you all right?"
There was no answer.
"Victoria?" Elizabeth called, she listened for a moment and heard crying, "We're
coming in Victoria."
Roger took the master key and opened the door, and followed his sister into the room.
The see Victoria in the middle of the room, her hands clasping her throat, gasping for air.
Elizabeth raced to her, "It's all right you're safe now, you're home," she said trying to calm the girl down.
"Roger get Julia," she said. Something had to be done, Elizabeth knew of only one person that could possibly help them.
After Julia had given Victoria a sedative and was asleep, Elizabeth went down to the sitting room and got her address book, and found the phone number she wanted.

Dana Scully leaned against the corner of the elevator and yawned. She couldn't figure out why she was so tired this morning.
By the time the elevator made its way to the basement she was by herself. She walked out the elevator and walked down the hall to the office that had become her second home for the past six years.
She was surprised to find the office empty; usually her partner was in before she was. She saw his jacket and knew that he was in.
His desk usually covered with files of some kind was cleaned off except for several newspapers. She picked one up and read the headline.
Collins' Governess disappears before witnesses
Scully read the article; "Governess, Victoria Winters disappeared last night at the Collins mansion. The family was doing a seance. Elizabeth Collins-Stoddard told police that the lights went out for just a moment and when they came back on Miss Winters was gone, and in her seat sat a young woman dressed in clothes from the late 1700's. The young woman identified her self as Phyllis Wicke, who is under the employment of Joshua Collins. When asked what the year was she stated that it was the year 1795. There is no sign of Miss Winters, and the police believe this all to be some kind of hoax.
The paper was dated December 10, 1998, Scully looked at the second paper, this one was dated three weeks ago.
Governess Returns
Victoria Winters, governess for the Collins family returned yesterday, in the room where she disappeared. Victoria was found dressed in the same kind of clothes as Miss Wicke, who hasn't been found. Miss Winters claims to have been in the past, and was about to be hung for being a witch. Dr. Julia Hoffman, who has moved in to Collinwood temporarily, will be using hypnosis to see if she can find out the truth of what happened to Miss Winters.
"Morning Scully," Fox Mulder said coming into the office.
"Don't tell me we're going to Collinsport, Maine," Scully said.
"Yes we are, how'd you guess?"
Scully waved the newspaper in the air. Mulder nodded and said, "Go home and get packed for a few days," Mulder said handing her a ticket, smiling.
"How did you find out about this case?" she asked before she walked out the door.
"I got a call last night," he said, "See you in two hours."
At home Mulder dialed a number as he packed, "Hey it's Mulder."
"Mulder what do you need?"
"I'm going to Collinsport Maine," Mulder began.
"Oh one of the hot spots of the unexplained," Langly said.
"Yeah, I'm going because Elizabeth Stoddard called me, I'll call you if I need anything."
"Right," said Byers, "That place is so strange, I'd like to know what is really going on there."
"Talk to you later," Mulder said.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
The house looked just as it did when he was a kid. Some things don't change.
Scully opened her eyes, feeling like she had gotten no sleep at all, even though she had slept on the plane and through the entire three-hour drive. The house was huge; she couldn't help but feel impressed by it all.
"Wow," Scully said.
"Look Scully there's something that I did tell you."
"What is it Mulder?" Scully asked.
"I know these people, I know a lot about them."
"How?" she asked.
"I used to come here as a kid, my mom is good friends with Elizabeth Collins-Stoddard, we would come every summer."
"Well I'm impressed Mulder," Scully said, a bit amazed at his confession. She thought she knew just about everything about him.
He pulled the car into the driveway and got out, Scully stepped out of the car and looked up. "I said it before and I'll say it again, wow. You really spent your summers here?"
"Yeah," he said.
They walked to the door, and he knocked on the door. A few moments later the door opened and an older woman with graying hair opened the door.
"Can I help you," she asked.
"I'm Special Agent Mulder, this is Special Agent Scully, is Mrs. Elizabeth Collins-Stoddard home?"
"Yes she is won't you come in," the woman said. "Come this way," she said leading them to into the drawing room. Scully watched Mulder, she could tell he knew his way around.
"Mrs. Stoddard, this is Agent Mulder and Agent Scully," the blonde said to a beautiful dark haired lady.
"Thank you Mrs. Johnson. Fox, thank you for coming," Elizabeth said standing to greet the agents.
"How did you get my number Mrs. Stoddard?" Mulder asked.
"I called your Mother, I remembered she told me about your job. Fox we need your help."
