Julia stirred awake slowly. It was near sundown, and she and Ray, the Professor would need to rise soon as the nighttime had become their daytime and the time to battle the forces of darkness which surrounded them on all sides. They were the only two humans left on "Gilligan's Island", as they still called out it out of habit. One by one each of the women, except for Julia had gone down that unholy aisle to be the vampire bride of Gilligan!

The three brides had jointly attacked the Skipper and when they had done feasting on him, their lord and master, Gilligan snapped his neck and left him for scavengers to finish him off. Gilligan would have no other male vampires in his realm. He was THE cock of the walk! He wanted no competition on that score.

Angelique, on the other hand, made quite good use of the recently dead and disfigured man. She rose him up from the dead as a zombie, and she did the same for poor old Thurston Howell the Third, who had escaped being a living meal when he plunged head first off an island cliff! They were her attendants, and as they wanted for nothing except to please her then they were no threat to the Vampire Lord and his Ladies.

These strange extended families merged together and as a team had been pursuing Ray and Julia, but these two were not the ordinary stumbling mortals. They were both brillant scientist, and over the last 5 years Julia had become an expert at things occult! So when this man and this woman put their heads together they were virtually unbeatable. And besides, since they had been forced together for their very survival they had formed a very physical familiarity with one another! Yes, they were doing it, and doing it well.

Ray moaned softly in his sleep and Julia looked back at the bed that they now shared. She loved watching him sleep, and she really hated to wake him up. He looked so damn attractive laying there naked with a sheet that was a left over piece of the S.S. Minnow's sail. His hard tanned chest was rising and falling as he breathe deeply in and out. If it had not been for this man coming into her life at this disastrous time when her own husband, Barnabas, had been turned into, not a vampire, but a vampire's lackey,...well, she didn't know if she would have made it this far on her own. Together they had been undefeated!

And apparently they had covered all their bases! They had ever kind of talismans, remedies, and protective devices to guard against vampires and witches and zombies! They even had some way to keep away ghost and they had learned how to shield their very thoughts from outsiders, and share them with one another! It seemed that nothing could beat them. Nothing!

Julia was suddenly alarmed as Ray began to wake because he was in great and terrible pain! He writhed and cried out as he threw his hands up against his head as though it were splitting open! "WHAT IS IT? RAY, TALK TO ME! RAY!" He pushed her aside and ran out of the fortress hut and fell on the beach as he made for the warm water of the lagoon. "I'M BURNING! MY SKIN IS ON FIRE!" He plunged into clear water and dove deep as Julia wrung her hands in fear and trepidation! She looked up in the sky and there was the biggest full moon she had ever seen in her whole entire life! She thought to herself, boy, it's a good thing we don't have to contend with any...she never completed that thought, for at that moment when Ray burst back on the surface of the water he was in the process of the transformation! He was becoming a Werewolf!

Julia wasn't scared. And she wasn't Julia anymore, not really. Whatever remained of Julia retreated to a far corner deep within the recesses of her mind. Julia was no more, and in her place was an insane woman.
